Fault code schedule improvements

sherpal-faulty_code.gifStay informed when an equipment incident occurs, in this schedule you’ll have access to the machine fault codes, the origins, and the actions to be taken to reduce time. To facilitate the reading and understanding of the information only on MyHaulotte*, the fault code calendar evolves. The fault code history and calendar are feature available on our SHERPAL PROTECT & PILOT offers.

A major improvement of the schedule will help you to find fault codes by filtering directly according to what you are looking for:

  • Type: safety, energy or machine fault codes
  • Severity: major or minor fault codes

When a fault code is solved, it appears with an opacity that makes it easy to differentiate from a fault code that is still active. Fault codes are displayed at a glance over the last 3 months for PILOT offer and 1 month for PROTECT offer, but the user can access the entire history and go back to look at an earlier period.

2 new safety KPI

In addition, two Safety KPIs are now part of the SHERPAL PILOT offer and displayed in the Information section of the machine sheet. For each machine of your fleet, you’ll be able to observe a weather forecast and an electric lines detection. Both features are displayed regarding the position of the machine, using the geofencing feature integrated in the SHERPAL box.

These new features will bring more information helping fleet manager to plan preventive safety actions.

  1.  sherpal-electric_lines.jpgWeather forecasts:  Fleet managers can track weather forecasts, for up to a week, at the machine's last known location, directly from MyHaulotte .

  2. Electric lines detection: This feature help in detecting electric lines within a radius of 10, 50 and 100 meters around the machine. It can be helpful to sensibilized customers and users about electric line risk and reinforce safety prevention.

Thanks to these new features, fleet managers can be aware of working conditions remotely and plan preventive actions, reducing certain risks for the operator and improving safety on worksites.
